• Heroin, DWI Crash, Foot Chase Among Recent Long Valley Arrests (patch.com) — Washington Township police in Long Valley detailed several recent incidents, including a disabled vehicle stop that uncovered suspected heroin and an NCIC warrant, plus a DWI crash that led to an assault-by-auto charge. Additional traffic stops on East Avenue, Mill Street, and Route 46 revealed suspended licenses, multiple outstanding warrants, a fraudulent insurance card, and a brief foot chase ending in an arrest.
