• Evicted Lumberton Tenant Kills Landlord, Then Himself Hours After Southampton Shooting: Cops (dailyvoice.com) — A deadly shooting in a Lumberton home on Curry Court left a 53-year-old man dead and the suspected gunman, a recently evicted tenant, dead by suicide nearby, according to prosecutors. Authorities say the same man is also linked to an earlier, non-injury shooting in Southampton that afternoon. Investigators from Burlington County, Lumberton police, and State Police continue to probe the motive.
