November is National Family Caregivers Month—a time to honor those who care for loved ones. Caregiver Volunteers of Central Jersey will offer a program with practical tips, emotional support, and local resources for family caregivers. Participants will explore strategies for managing stress, setting boundaries, and practicing self-care while continuing to provide compassionate care. Through interactive discussion and take-home tools, caregivers will leave feeling supported, informed, and empowered to care for themselves as well as others.
