• Police Rescue Man As Car Sinks In Pond In Manchester (patch.com) — Manchester first responders pulled an 86-year-old township resident from his sinking car after he accidentally drove into a pond near the Renaissance golf course early Sunday morning. Manchester police, EMS, and multiple volunteer fire companies coordinated a water rescue and vehicle recovery, with officers entering the water and using rescue gear to guide the driver safely to shore.
