Motorcyclists Leads Cops On Chase Through Morris Co. Towns: Officials
The motorcyclist faces a slew of motor vehicle charges, including evading police and reckless driving.
MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — A motorcyclist has been arrested after leading police on a high-speed chase through several Morris County towns, officials say.
Brian C. Crumb, 31, of Chester, faces a slew of charges following a chase this week, authorities said.
On Monday, around Mt. Olive police noticed a motorcycle speeding down Wolfe Road, authorities said. When police attempted to pull the biker over, he passed stopped vehicles at the intersection of Wolfe Road and Flanders Drakestown Road and proceeded to speed down Flanders Drakestown Road, according to officials.

Police called off the chase to protect the public and informed Chester police of the motorcyclist, who was able to intercept him.
Authorities identified the biker as Crumb and arrested him. He was taken to jail and charged with eluding police with a motor vehicle, reckless driving, speeding, careless driving, improper passing, failure to maintain lane, failure to yield to emergency vehicles, and failure to keep right.
