Do you hate exercising alone? Do you need motivation to get healthy and fit? Come join us! Our class is FUN, designed for ALL levels, and open to everyone. Classes are held at 5:45pm-6:45pm in Euphemia Hall, St. Mary's school gym. This class runs for 10 weeks, and you can join for one night (Mondays) or two nights (Mondays and Thursdays).
