Join, Wildflower City, and urban garden designer Sima Kunttas for Field Notes, a new educational series featuring conversations with experts in native plants, ecology, conservation, and more, designed to empower people to plant more sustainably.
In this first presentation, Kim and Sima will explore how to create beautiful, functional native plant gardens in containers and share which plants are best suited for small spaces, patios, balconies, and urban gardens.
They will share ideas for maximizing space, choosing native plants that thrive in containers, attracting butterflies, bees, and other beneficial insects, and caring for your plants through the changing seasons.
Following the presentation, Wildflower City will host a native plant sale, giving you the opportunity to choose plants and start creating your own container garden at home.
