• Skyland Conference Girls Lacrosse Season in Review, 2026 (nj.com subscription) — Montgomery High School’s girls lacrosse team just completed its best season ever, earning a division title, a sectional final appearance, and Coach of the Year honors for head coach Joe Riccardi. Led by standout seniors and underclassmen, the Cougars opened 8-0, finished 15-5, and knocked off several ranked opponents, cementing Montgomery’s place among the Skyland Conference’s top programs.
