Man Killed Crashing Into Truck Along South Jersey Highway

The freightliner was hit on Sunday night.

MOUNT LAUREL, NJ — A 50-year-old man was killed after the car he was driving hit a tractor-trailer along I-295N on Sunday night, New Jersey State Police Said.

At around 7 p.m., troopers responded to a report of a crash at mile marker 36.2.

Based on early evidence, a freightliner tract0r-trailer was parked on the right shoulder when it was hit in the back by a Hyundai.

Antoine D. Turner, of Burlington, was driving the Hyundai and died as a result of the crash.

No other injuries were reported.
