Newark-area residents with a high school diploma, a passion for youth, and cultural competence can earn $15.13 to $27 per hour while supporting academics, enrichment, and family engagement through grant-funded after-school programming.

NJPAC presents comedian Pete Holmes on January 14th (newjerseystage.com) — NJPAC in downtown Newark will host comedian and actor Pete Holmes for a stand-up show on Thursday, January 14, 2027, at 8 p.m. Tickets go on sale online starting Friday, October 2, giving Newark residents plenty of time to grab seats for a nationally known comic close to home.
