• Old Bridge Man Arrested by Internet Crimes Against Children Unit: County Prosecutor, Sayreville and Old Bridge Police (tapinto.net) — Old Bridge police and county investigators arrested a local man this week after a tip about alleged online attempts to meet children, and they’re urging residents not to interfere with such investigations. Authorities say vigilante-style involvement recently hampered their ability to gather evidence and pursue additional charges, and they’re asking anyone with relevant information to contact Old Bridge, Sayreville, or county detectives directly.

Federal officials tout jobs, tax revenue, and energy reliability for New York, while New Jersey hosts key onshore and offshore infrastructure without receiving direct utility service.
