• Disney Store To Replace PINK At NJ Mall, With Grand Opening Events (patch.com) — Paramus shoppers are getting a new Disney Store Limited Time at Westfield Garden State Plaza, opening Thursday in the former PINK space with a ceremony and guest surprises. The temporary shop, only the second of its kind in the U.S., will feature immersive Disney-themed designs, exclusive merchandise, and Paramus-only New Jersey-inspired tee and tote designs through the 2026 holiday season.
   

• 400 new trees to take root in Paramus. Here's how much it will cost (northjersey.com) — Paramus is set to plant 400 new trees this fall under a $23,225 contract, while also removing 60 dead trees and 350 stumps across town. Alongside that, a $380,000 sidewalk program will fix slabs lifted by town-owned tree roots without cutting trees down. Residents can call the Shade Tree Commission to see if their sidewalk is on the repair list.
   

• Blood supplies in NJ remain critically low. Here's how you can help (njherald.com) — With New Jersey's blood supply stuck at about half its ideal level, Paramus residents are urged to donate at the New Jersey Blood Services Paramus Donor Center on Route 17 South, open three days a week. The article explains how extreme weather and summer vacations have drained supplies and lists several upcoming North Jersey drives. Donating locally can directly help stabilize hospital inventories before and after Labor Day.
