1. $26K+ Raised For Parsippany Sanitation Worker Injured On The Job (patch.com) — Parsippany residents, first responders, and local officials recently packed the Police Athletic League headquarters to support sanitation worker Anthony Shandra, who was severely injured on his route in April. A pasta fundraiser brought in more than $26,000, pushing total community donations past $110,000 to help with his medical bills and recovery. Neighbors say his upbeat spirit continues to inspire Parsippany as he heals.

Coffee Company Donates $5K To Parsippany PAL (patch.com) — Parsippany families using PAL programs will see a boost from a $5,000 donation and new self-serve coffee kiosk installed by Keys Koffee at the PAL facility.
