Twin Sisters Bring New Coffee Shop To Red Bank

RED BANK, NJ — A pair of 22-year-old twin sisters have brought a new coffee shop to Red Bank.

Located at 19 Monmouth Street, Julia's Coffee Co. had its soft opening earlier this week and will host a grand opening event on Saturday.

In the lead-up to the shop's grand opening, owners Julia and Sydney Boel have documented the journey of Julia's Coffee Co. on social media, posting photos and videos of the store's progress along the way.

What started as a mobile coffee trailer along the Jersey Shore in 2025 has since evolved into the twins' very own shop, and during their grand opening on Saturday, attendees will be able to enter a giveaway contest in celebration of the opening.

"To celebrate the grand opening of Julia’s Coffee Co., we’ve teamed up with some amazing local businesses to put together the ultimate giveaway!" the owners said.

As part of the giveaway, one lucky winner will receive a Julia's Coffee Co. mock neck, one year of free coffee, and a variety of prizes from local business partners.
