• Ridgewood Introduces $375K Bond Ordinance To Extend Option To Buy Warner Theatre (tapinto.net) — Ridgewood officials are weighing a $375,000 bond to keep an 18‑month option to buy the Warner Theatre on East Ridgewood Avenue and convert it into a $90 million performing arts center. The state could cover up to $75 million, but the Ridgewood Arts Council would still need to raise $15 million, with a public hearing and possible final vote set for September 2.
