While Howdy Stranger has built a reputation for award-winning "off-the-cuff" comedy,&nbsp;Scripted&nbsp;offers a polished, high-octane experience in the vein of Saturday Night Live. This year’s showcase features 90 minutes of entirely new, original material written and performed by the core ensemble: Chris Fitzgerald, Ryan Huban, Dreena Moran, and JJ Lynn.
Expect outrageous characters, unexpected twists, razor-sharp writing, and the kind of laugh-out-loud moments you’ll be quoting for weeks. It’s bold, bizarre, and brilliantly funny, with a splash of their signature interactive improv thrown in for good measure.

Join the Bergen County Historical Society as they celebrate Chwame Gischuch: Under the Shad Moon on Sunday, April 26th 1:00 pm- 4:30 pm at Historic New Bridge Landing.
Join Drew Shuptar Rayvis for a presentation on Scouts and Soldiers: Native Americans in the Colonial Militias and Wars. He will speak on the extent of Native American involvement in the military and militia during the colonial wars of the 18th century and demonstrate combat tools, fire making techniques, wampum making, and other survival strategies of the times.
On display for viewing in the Steuben House will be Revolutionary War artifacts as well as Native American artifacts from the society’s extensive collection.
 Stop by the Westervelt-Thomas Barn (weather permitting) to see a broom making demonstration.
Tour the Campbell-Christie House and visit the gift shop while you enjoy refreshments including cornbread and lemonade throughout the day.
Do not forget to visit the society’s authentic Jersey Dutch out-kitchen to see interpreters prepare a planked fish, clam soup, and scones.
Activities for families include corn husk doll making (weather permitting) and the society’s QR Code cell phone-based scavenger hunt. 
Ticket reservations are encouraged: $12 adults, $7 students, BCHS members free.
Free parking available on site or take the train to the “New Bridge Landing” station on the Pascack Valley Line. 
Dogs are permitted on site on a leash but not in the houses.
