• No Happy Ending for Jackson Woman Who Ran Sex Spa, Laundered $100,000 (shorenewsnetwork.com) — Sayreville Police Department’s Vice Unit launched and helped lead a months-long investigation that resulted in the arrest of a Jackson woman accused of running unlicensed spas used for prostitution across several counties. Working with county, state, and federal partners, officers seized more than $100,000 in cash, froze bank accounts, and gathered additional evidence. Authorities say the case is ongoing and more arrests are possible.
