On 04/20/2026 at 2:31 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 44-year-old man of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued by the Hudson County Sherriff’s Office with no bail. He was transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 04/20/2026 at 5:27 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Middlesex County Jail to take into custody a 51-year-old woman of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,000 with a 10% option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bayonne, NJ in the amount of $1,000. She was unable to post bail and was taken to the county jail.

On 04/20/2026 at 10:17 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the area of 7th Street and Centre Avenue on a report of a motor vehicle crash. Police arrested a 45-year-old man of Secaucus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was issued a motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 5 motor vehicle summonses and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 04/21/2026 at 9:34 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Toms River Police Department to take into custody a 37-year-old man of York, PA for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000 with a 10% option. He was unable to post bail and was taken to the county jail.

On 04/23/2026 at 3:23 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old man of West New York, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $750 along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Cresskill, NJ in the amount of $350 with a 10% option.

On 04/23/2026 at 6:38 p.m., in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to an incident of credit card fraud that occurred on 02/18/2026 at the Home Depot, the police responded to the Bergen County Jail to take into custody a 31-year-old man, Chukwudi Ekezie, of the Bronx, NY for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ. The warrant was issued for the charges of Unlawful use of Credit Cards [2C:21-6H] and Theft of Identity [2C:21-17A(1)]. He was taken to the Hudson County Jail.

On 04/24/2026 at 1:55 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to UPS located at 493 County Avenue on a report of an employee theft. Police arrested a 23-year-old man, Michael Joseph of New York, NY for Theft [2C:20-3A]. He was issued his complaint summons and released from police custody.

On 04/24/2026 at 12:40 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Sandcastle Key on a report of a verbal dispute. Police arrested Tykking Williams a 26-year-old man of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ with no bail along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000. Williams was also charged with Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(3)(A)]. He was issued a complaint warrant and transferred to the Hudson County Jail.

On 04/25/2026 at 12:03 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the area of Front Street and First Street on a report of a motor vehicle crash. Police arrested a 30-year-old woman of North Bergen, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. She was issued a motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 2 motor vehicle summonses and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
