SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:

On July 6 at 11:30 p.m., officers from the Hudson County Sheriff responded to Secaucus Police headquarters and transferred custody of a 22-year-old woman of Secaucus for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus in the amount of $5,000 with a 10% option. She was able to post bail for the warrant and was released.

On July 7 at 3:16 p.m., Secaucus Police arrested a 54-year-old woman of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Lodi, NJ in the amount of $1,000 with a 10% option. She was able to post bail and was released.

On July 7 at 4:32 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to ZT Systems located at 40 Seaview Drive on a report of a found purse that contained possible CDS (controlled dangerous substances). During the investigation, the police arrested a 31-year-old man, Amir Haskins of East Orange, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Heroin [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Haskins was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union, NJ in the amount of $1,500 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Orange, NJ in the amount of $150. He was able to post bail for both warrants and was released on a summons to appear in town court.

On July 8 at 12:42 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to UPS located at 493 County Avenue on a report of theft of cellphones. Police arrested a 26-year-old male of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Superior Court with no bail along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bloomfield, NJ in the amount of $124 and 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $200. He was taken to the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office.

On July 8 at 5:53 p.m., officers from the Hudson County Sheriff came to Secaucus Police headquarters and transferred custody of a 37-year-old woman of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $3,000 with a 10% option. She was able to post bail and was released.

On July 8 at 6:01 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26-year-old man of Hoboken, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,000 with a 10 percent option. He was able to post bail and was released.

On July 9 at 7:59 a.m., Secaucus Police arrested a 40-year-old man of Sewaren, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. He was transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On July 9 at 10:47 a.m., in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to a theft that occurred at the Meadowlands Exposition Center located at 355 Plaza Drive on 06/06/2026, the police arrested a 20-year-old man, Daniel Li of Fresh Meadows, NY for Theft [2C:20-3A]. He was issued a summons to appear in court and was released.

On July 9 at 3:28 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 38-year-old woman of Norristown, PA for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)]. She was issued a summons to appear in court and was released from police custody.

On July 10 at 2:08 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 21-year-old man of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Rutherford, NJ in the amount of $750. He was able to post bail, was issued two motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On July 10 at 3:50 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Marshall’s on a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 23-year-old man of Jersey City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)] He was able to post bail and was released.

On July 12 at 9:02 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Linden Police Department to take into custody a 22-year-old man of Elizabeth, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $6,000 with a 10% option. He was unable to post bail and was taken to the Hudson County jail.
