• Longtime Historian at Wallace House/OldDutch Parsonage in Somerville Moves to Rockingham in Rocky Hill, Replaced by Colleague from Twin Towers Lighthouse in Atlantic Highlands (tapinto.net) — Somerville’s Wallace House and Old Dutch Parsonage are getting a new on-site historian as longtime interpreter Paul Soltis departs for Rockingham and Joseph Salt steps in. While both historic houses remain closed for rehabilitation, the Somerville grounds stay open, and Salt will lead preservation work and new educational programs ahead of the 250th anniversary of Washington’s headquarters in 2028–29.
   

• More Pharma Layoffs as BMS and J&J Cut 352 Jobs (njbmagazine.com) — Somerville workers are among those affected as Johnson & Johnson confirms earlier layoffs that cut 86 New Jersey jobs, including positions in Somerville, New Brunswick, Raritan, and Titusville. The update comes as Bristol Myers Squibb announces 265 more layoffs in Princeton, bringing pharma job cuts in the state to more than a thousand this month.
   

• Elizabeth nets back-to-back Bellamy & Son Paving Player of the Week honors, as Qua'Yon Williams scores every which way vs. St. Joe's (cjsportsradio.com) — Somerville football fans will be glad to hear sophomore quarterback Dylan Boehm earned an honorable mention after throwing for 362 yards and five touchdowns in a 55–24 win over Watchung Hills. His performance appears in a broader Big Central Conference roundup that also names Elizabeth’s Qua’Yon Williams Player of the Week and spotlights standout efforts from several other Central Jersey teams.
