Andrew Zwicker of South Brunswick creates an Employee Ownership Transition Program to help New Jersey small businesses become employee-owned. The initiative, run by the NJ Economic Development Authority, will fund feasibility studies, technical assistance, and low-interest loans, aiming to keep companies rooted in the state and build workers' long-term wealth.
