• NJ American Water Begins $1.6 Million Infrastructure Upgrade in Springfield (tapinto.net) — New Jersey American Water is starting a $1.6 million upgrade to Springfield's water system this week, replacing aging mains, hydrants, and 74 service lines on Colfax, Denham, and Donna roads. Expect weekday construction through late October, coordinated traffic control, and temporary street restoration, with full paving after the ground settles. Access to homes and driveways will be maintained throughout.
