Mutual aid from nearby towns and the Red Cross helped manage the response and relocation, while county investigators continue to examine the fire's cause.

• Summit High Class of 2026 Shows Shift in Post-Graduation Plans (tapinto.net) — Summit High School's Class of 2026 is seeing a notable shift in post-graduation plans, with direct employment now the second most common path behind four-year colleges. Counseling leaders told the Summit Board of Education that more graduates are entering fields like food service, automotive, hospitality and construction, even as most still pursue higher education and increasingly rely on early-decision applications.
