NJDOL Posts the Names of Eight Businesses with Outstanding Wage, Benefit and Tax Law Violations to its Workplace Accountability in Labor List (The WALL) (insidernj.com) — A Toms River cigar shop on Fischer Boulevard has been added to New Jersey's public "WALL" list for unresolved workers' compensation violations, temporarily barring it from government contracts. The state says eight businesses statewide now owe more than $743,000 combined in unpaid wages, fines, and penalties.
