• Totowa Approves 29 Apartments Near Memorial School Despite Residents' Concerns (TAPinto Totowa) — Totowa’s Board of Adjustment has approved a 29‑unit apartment and retail building at 328–330 Totowa Road, just steps from Memorial School, despite strong neighborhood concerns. The scaled‑back project still needs permits and Passaic County road review, while residents remain worried about traffic, building height, parking spillover, and impacts on nearby homes. 
• Totowa Moves Toward Possible $10 Million Sale of Borough-Owned Land on West End Road (TAPinto Totowa) — Totowa officials are negotiating a potential $10 million sale of the 7.74‑acre borough-owned property at 200 West End Road, which currently generates about $210,000 a year in rent. A non-binding letter of intent with Catalyst Investment Partners would shift that rental income to the buyer, with final terms, future site use, and overall financial impact still to be determined by the council.
