Labor can feel intimidating and unpredictable; but it doesn’t have to feel unfamiliar or overwhelming. This interactive workshop is designed to help pregnant people and their chosen support person learn and practice practical non-medical coping skills commonly used to support vaginal birth.
During the workshop, you will:
- Learn and practice movements
- Hands-on comfort measures
- Breathing/meditation strategies
… and how to use these tools together in real time.
This workshop will allow you and your support person to feel more confident, connected, and prepared for the sensations and rhythm of labor.
This workshop complements standard childbirth education by providing focused, hands-on practice, but does not replace medical advice or a full childbirth education course.
