Fraud, Shoplifting, Stolen Vehicles Reported In Westfield (patch.com) — Westfield residents are being warned about several recent incidents, including two elaborate phone scams that cost locals thousands of dollars and a $500 loss to someone posing as law enforcement. Police also arrested a repeat shoplifting suspect downtown and charged multiple juveniles with receiving stolen property after crashes and stops involving stolen motorcycles and a moped in town.
