Additionally, Reese’s and Zillow are hosting a community Halloween party on East Dudley between Lawrence and Elm from 3 to 8 p.m. on Oct. 31.
The festivities will include a candy cart, hot chocolate, face painting, and more.
To accommodate the event, East Dudley between Lawrence and Elm will be closed to vehicular traffic from noon until 10 p.m. that day for setup and cleanup, Berman said.
In addition, due to the heavy pedestrian traffic this area typically gets on Halloween, East Dudley between Lawrence all the way down to Clark will be closed to cars from 3 to 8 p.m. for public safety.
Berman thanked residents and asked visitors to be mindful of the neighborhood during the celebration.
"We are grateful for this recognition and we're looking forward to a fun and memorable Halloween celebration," Berman said. "We ask visitors to be respectful of our residents who generously welcome so many trick-or-treaters to East Dudley each year, particularly their homes, lawns, and property."
"And while East Dudley is certainly a Halloween destination, I also encourage families to enjoy trick-or-treating in their own neighborhoods," Berman said. "It's a great, great way to connect with neighbors, avoid the biggest crowds, and celebrate Halloween throughout Westfield."
