In a heartwarming moment at Hackensack Meridian John Theurer Cancer Center, the Multiple Myeloma team orchestrated a surprise for a truly special patient, Maria Cianciulli, upon her arrival for an appointment. This month, which marks Multiple Myeloma Awareness Month, is particularly significant for Maria as she celebrates an incredible milestone: 20 years as a multiple myeloma warrior under the care of the center.

Maria expressed her profound gratitude to the entire team at John Theurer Cancer Center for their exceptional care over the past two decades. She extended a special thank you to the physicians who have been instrumental in her journey: Dr. David Siegel, Chief of the Multiple Myeloma Division; Dr. David Vesole, Co-Director of the Myeloma Division; and Drs.
