Joe Vitale helped sponsor a new $8 million SPARK pilot program that will connect New Jersey students with school-based mental and behavioral health services starting in 2027. Up to ten districts will be chosen, and the initiative will complement existing NJ4S supports, new phone restrictions in schools, and stronger online privacy protections for minors.
