Cathedral of St John

Experience this meaningful concert while making a difference in your community. At the heart of this performance is Beatitude Mass: For the Homeless&nbsp;by Henry Mollicone. Featuring soloists soprano Jennifer Perez and baritone <a href="https://www.edmundconnolly.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Edmund Connolly</a>, a chamber orchestra and the Choirs of The Cathedral of St. John will come together under the direction of the Cathedral’s Director of Music, Canon Dr. Maxine Thévenot.
<a href="https://www.stjohnsabq.org/sacraments#CommunityPartners" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Church Unbound</a> is a collaborative effort by Episcopal churches offering spiritual support, refreshments, and a church service to people living on the streets, meeting every weekly at the corner of Central and Charleston Street in Albuquerque. 
Tickets are $25. We encourage all who are able to select a donation ticket in support of <a href="https://www.stjohnsabq.org/sacraments#CommunityPartners" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Church Unbound</a>. Free tickets are available for all full-time students who present a valid student ID and any member of the unhoused community.

From sweeping melodies to spirited rhythms, this thoughtfully curated program honors the richness and diversity of American music.
Between performances, relax and savor a classic picnic lunch featuring summertime favorites: juicy hot dogs, flavorful sliders, creamy potato salad, and refreshing ice cream. Gather with friends and family, soak in the festive atmosphere, and make lasting memories filled with music, community, and patriotic spirit. Reservations for lunch must be made by July 1, 2026
