• Federal, State, and Local Law Enforcement Agencies Announce Historic Collaboration (wicz.com) — Broome County law enforcement just wrapped up Operation Clean Sweep, a yearlong partnership with federal and state agencies that led to nearly 30 arrests and major drug and gun seizures. Officials say the collaboration, which removed large amounts of fentanyl, meth, and illegal firearms, will continue for future investigations to keep pressure on serious criminal activity.
