• Local Teen's Art Mission Reaches 6,400 Kids (theexaminernews.com) — A Horace Greeley High School student from Chappaqua has turned her burnout into Apples For Artists, a fast-growing nonprofit that's already delivered more than 6,000 art supplies to kids in four states. Her project, launched from her Chappaqua home, now offers dozens of free online tutorials and is planning digital art classes and community-center programs that local families could eventually tap into.
