(oswegocountytoday.com) — Fulton Block Builders has received a new donation from Eastern Shore Insurance to help power its expanded 2026 neighborhood grant programs, including Pride, Block Challenge, and Paint Fulton grants. With a $50,000 fundraising goal that could be tripled by the Shineman Foundation, organizers are urging Fulton residents, businesses, and groups to chip in now to keep revitalization projects growing.
