The Harrison Players present Del Shores’ outrageous Southern comedy Sordid Lives, October 22–25 at 210 Halstead Avenue in Harrison, NY. Set in a small Texas town, this cult-favorite comedy follows a wonderfully dysfunctional family whose secrets, scandals and eccentricities come hilariously—and sometimes tenderly—to the surface.
“Sordid Lives is outrageous, funny and completely unapologetic, but underneath all of the laughs is a story about family, acceptance and the complicated ways we love one another,” says director Anthony Valbiro.
Performances are 8 p.m. Thursday, October 22; Friday, October 23; and Saturday, October 24, with 2 p.m. matinees Saturday, October 24, and Sunday, October 25.
