LI Woman Sentenced To 12 Years In Connection With Sex Trafficking Of 14-Year-Old Girl: DA (patch.com) — A Long Island woman has been sentenced to 12 years in prison after pleading guilty to trafficking a 14-year-old girl who was missing for weeks before being found on a yacht in Islip. Prosecutors say the teen was exploited in exchange for drugs, and the sentence also includes 20 years of post-release supervision, underscoring a serious local public-safety concern.
