3. 28-year-old Liverpool man accused of taking police on pursuit in stolen Mercedes before crashing it (localsyr.com) ā A 28-year-old Liverpool resident is accused of leading state police on a late-night pursuit in a Mercedes with switched plates through Clay neighborhoods before crashing into a utility pole on Oswego Road. He was treated for non-life-threatening injuries and faces multiple misdemeanor charges and traffic tickets, with a court appearance scheduled in the Town of Clay on May 12.
