Celebrate comedy icon Mel Brooks, centennial milestone with an immersive multimedia presentation hosted by presenter Jack Schnur! The presentation features interviews with Mel himself talking about his career, also his wife Anne Bancroft and various actors in his films including Gene Wilder and Marty Feldman. Audio and video clips from his films include The Producers, Young Frankenstein, Blazing Saddles, Silent Movie and others.
Presenter Jack Schnur was a video tape editor at CBS for 30 years and has presented entertainment lectures at numerous libraries around the area.
The lecture will take place at the Great Neck Library, 159 Bayview Avenue, Great Neck, on Thursday, September 17, at 2:00 p.m. Registration is not required; seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
