• Police investigate fatal stabbing in Massapequa (massapequapost.com) — Police are investigating a fatal stabbing at a Massapequa home that left a 28-year-old man dead at the scene early Friday morning. Beaumont Avenue between Dover Road and Polo Road was closed as Nassau County detectives and crime scene units processed evidence, and a 22-year-old woman has since been arrested while the investigation continues.
