Prosecutors say his one‑night spree stretched from Ronkonkoma to Massapequa, followed months later by the poker‑game robbery where a victim was shot and injured.
• Man Arrested After Stabbing Coworker During Worksite Argument, Police Say (patch.com) — A Mastic resident has been sentenced to more than 15 years in prison after a gunpoint robbery spree across Long Island, according to prosecutors, making it the most locally significant item in this roundup.
