• Suffolk is sending mailers about red light camera refunds, but not everyone is receiving them (newsday.com) — Middle Island residents who paid Suffolk’s red light camera fees between 2013 and 2023 may be owed refunds of up to $36 per ticket, but some notices are going to old addresses, including a Middle Island complex. If you think you’re eligible and haven’t received a mailer, you can still file a claim online or by calling the settlement hotline before the December deadline.
