Multi-Agency Child Exploitation Sting Nabs 5 Hudson Valley Men In 2 Days: NYSP
All five were arraigned in the Town of Fishkill Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Justice and Transition Center, state police said.
FISHKILL, NY — Five Hudson Valley men were arrested after a two-day, multi-agency child exploitation investigation, according to NYSP.
The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation, in Wappinger, in collaboration with the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, the FBI Hudson Valley Safe Streets Task Force, and the Town of Fishkill Police Department, arrested five people after a two-day investigation in the Town of Fishkill.
State police say two of the arrests were made on Thursday.

Jaime M. Lucero Giron, 27, of New Windsor, was arrested and charged with felony second-degree attempted rape. Gerber C. Flores, 26, of Newburgh, was arrested and charged with felony second-degree attempted rape; and felony second-degree patronizing a person for prostitution.
In addition, three other arrests were made on Friday.

Edwin Soriano Rutilo, 22, of Hopewell Junction, was arrested and charged with felony second-degree attempted rape; and felony second-degree patronizing a person for prostitution. Frank A. Martinez, 21, of Wappinger, was arrested and charged with felony second-degree attempted rape. David W. Pawlikowski, 43, of Hyde Park, was arrested and charged with felony second-degree attempted rape; and felony second-degree patronizing a person for prostitution.
All five were arraigned in the Town of Fishkill Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Justice and Transition Center in lieu of $50,000 cash bail, $200,000 bond, or $400,000 partially secured bond.
