Bubbles will set the tone or a festive five-course dinner with Banfi Brut Methode Champenoise toasting the Oyster on the Half Shell amuse enhanced by Champagne and strawberry mignonette, cucumber granita, sea beans. Then it will be on to the likes of Lobster & Truffle Risotto, tarragon, toasted brioche accompanied by Banfi Fontanelle Chardonnay and Grilled Dry-Aged Rib Eye, wild mushroom ragu, roasted bone marrow, aged pecorino paired with Bani Aska Bolgheri Rosso AND Banfi Brunello di Montalcino.
