Lady Gaga’s Hit Factory Penthouse Returns To Market For $7M

HELL'S KITCHEN, NY — A penthouse with a celebrity past and a place in New York music history is back on the market in Hell’s Kitchen, asking $6.995 million.

The duplex at 421 West 54th St. between Ninth and Tenth avenues crowns The Hit Factory, the former recording studio where artists including the Rolling Stones, John Lennon, Michael Jackson and Madonna recorded, according to the listing.

The 27-unit building was converted to condominiums after the studio closed in 2005.

The penthouse has had its own share of famous residents.

Lady Gaga, Carmelo Anthony, Amar’e Stoudemire and Tracy Morgan have all lived there, according to earlier reports by The Real Deal and the New York Post.

The roughly 3,700-square-foot condo spans the building’s top two floors. It has three bedrooms, a home office, three full bathrooms and a powder room.

Once inside, a double-height foyer opens onto a great room with 12-foot ceilings, a fireplace and tall windows.

The second floor holds the primary suite, as well as a private terrace with skyline and river views, and a parking space.

Amenities include a doorman, gym, resident manager and storage, according to the listing.
