2 Killed By NYC Subway Trains In Separate Incidents: FDNY

The two incidents happened minutes apart from each other.

NEW YORK CITY — Two people were killed by subway trains in separate incidents minutes apart on Monday.

The first reported happened at the Lexington Avenue-53rd Street station just before 12:40 p.m.

One person was found on the subway tracks and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Another person was found dead at the 23rd Street-Court Square station in Queens just minutes later around 12:42, the FDNY said.

The NYPD and FDNY did not have additional information on the two incidents.
