We'll have two Fitness Zones with a lineup of FREE classes ranging from dance to yoga, boxing to strength training, and kettlebells to meditation. Plus a Wellness Row, where you'll get to know each small business and sample offerings including one-on-one demos, beauty, acupuncture and plant-based nutrition.

WANT TO GET ROLLING BEFORE FESTIVAL DAY? Join in on a Wheatgrass Ride with El Barrio Bikes on the three Saturdays (May 9, 16 & 23) leading up to the festival. And pitch in on a Harlem Yoga Studio park cleanup and community yoga session the Sunday before (May 17).
