Man Arrested After Shooting Security Guard At NYC Apartment Building
The suspect was taken into custody on Tuesday.
NEW YORK CITY — A man has been arrested for shooting a security guard outside a Manhattan apartment building last week.
Shaqueal Parker, 31, was taken into custody on Tuesday and has been charged with attempted murder in the March 30 shooting of a 49-year-old security guard.
The incident happened near E. 28th Street and Madison Avenue. The 49-year-old security guard was shot twice in the chest.

The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment after the shooting
According to police, the security guard and the suspect got into an argument before the incident.
