Man Shot Multiple Times In East Village, No Arrests Made Yet

NEW YORK CITY — A man was shot multiple times on a Manhattan street on Thursday morning.
The incident happened near Avenue D and East 7th Street.
A 38-year-old man was shot in the chest and arm around 9:45 a.m., police said.
