Man Slashed In The Face At NYC Subway Station, Police Say

Police released images of the suspect on Wednesday.

NEW YORK CITY — Police are looking for a man who slashed a subway rider in the face on a New York City subway train this past weekend.

The incident happened on a southbound 4 train near the 14 Street-Union Square station on April 3.

According to police, a 26-year-old man got into an argument with the suspect on the train.

The confrontation escalated with the suspect pulling out a sharp object and slashing the victim across the face.

The 26-year-old man was taken to Bellevue Hospital for treatment.
