2. Inside NYC's Cheap-Moving Price War: Dumbo vs. Piece Of Cake (patch.com) — Anyone planning a move in New York City may be affected by a major federal antitrust battle pitting Dumbo Moving & Storage and several rivals against Piece of Cake. 3. NYC Wants Its Sidewalks Back (patch.com) — New Yorkers could soon see fewer dark, cluttered sidewalk sheds as Mayor Zohran Mamdani and the Buildings Department roll out stricter 90‑day renewal rules and escalating penalties for long‑standing structures.
